가입하신 이메일 주소에서 아래로 “계정 삭제 요청”이라고 보내주시면 됩니다. 본인 확인을 위해 가입하신 이메일 계정에서 보내주세요.

이미 완료된 거래 기록(예약 일자, 금액, 세금계산 근거)은 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있어 이 부분은 요청으로 앞당길 수 없습니다.
보관 기간이 지나면 별도 요청 없이 삭제합니다. 이 기간에도 담당자 외에는 접근할 수 없고, 마케팅 등 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.
확정된 예약이 남아 있으면 커플에게 알리고 정리한 뒤에 계정을 닫습니다. 그 과정을 이메일로 안내드립니다.

Records of completed transactions (booking dates, amounts, tax basis) are kept for the period required by law and then deleted. We cannot delete these earlier, because retention is a legal obligation.
They are deleted automatically once that period ends. During it they are restricted to the staff handling them and are never used for marketing or any other purpose.
If confirmed bookings remain, we notify the couples and settle them before closing your account. We will walk you through it by email.
