Delete your VOWTOYOU account

For the VOWTOYOU app (couples) and the VOWTOYOU Partner Center (vendors) · developer: VOWTOYOU

Option 1 — in the app

Open the app → My → Account settings → Delete my account. Your account is deleted right away unless you have an active booking or a vendor account (see below).

Option 2 — without the app

1. Send an email to admin.vowtoyou@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my VOWTOYOU account”.
2. We confirm the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 7 days.
3. We email you when it is done.

Request deletion by email

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, password, social login link)
• Couple details: wedding date, city, guest count, budgets, saved vendors, partner link, phone number
• Photos you uploaded (reference photos, chat photos) and your mobile invitations with their RSVPs
• Your device push token

What is kept, and for how long

• Transaction records (quotes, bookings): up to 5 years, where required by law
• Dispute records: 3 years after the dispute closes
• Chat history with vendors: 1 year after the transaction closes, as the basis for dispute mediation

These records are kept separately, used only for those purposes, and permanently deleted when the period ends. If you have an active booking or a vendor account, deletion is reviewed first because contracts involve the other party; we will email you the outcome.

Hapus akun VOWTOYOU kamu

Untuk aplikasi VOWTOYOU (pasangan) dan VOWTOYOU Partner Center (vendor) · pengembang: VOWTOYOU

Cara 1 — di aplikasi

Buka aplikasi → Saya → Pengaturan akun → Hapus akun saya. Akun langsung dihapus kecuali kamu punya pesanan aktif atau akun vendor (lihat di bawah).

Cara 2 — tanpa aplikasi

1. Kirim email ke admin.vowtoyou@gmail.com dari alamat email yang kamu pakai untuk mendaftar, dengan subjek “Delete my VOWTOYOU account”.
2. Kami memastikan permintaan berasal dari pemilik akun, lalu menghapus akun dalam 7 hari.
3. Kami mengirim email saat selesai.

Minta penghapusan lewat email

Yang dihapus

• Akunmu (email, nama, kata sandi, tautan login sosial)
• Data pasangan: tanggal pernikahan, kota, jumlah tamu, anggaran, vendor yang disimpan, tautan pasangan, nomor telepon
• Foto yang kamu unggah (foto referensi, foto di obrolan) serta undangan digital beserta RSVP-nya
• Token push perangkatmu

Yang disimpan, dan berapa lama

• Catatan transaksi (penawaran, pesanan): hingga 5 tahun, jika diwajibkan hukum
• Catatan sengketa: 3 tahun setelah sengketa selesai
• Riwayat obrolan dengan vendor: 1 tahun setelah transaksi selesai, sebagai dasar mediasi sengketa

Catatan ini disimpan terpisah, hanya dipakai untuk tujuan tersebut, dan dihapus permanen saat masanya berakhir. Jika kamu punya pesanan aktif atau akun vendor, penghapusan ditinjau dulu karena kontrak melibatkan pihak lain; kami akan mengirim hasilnya lewat email.

Kamu juga bisa meminta penghapusan data tertentu tanpa menutup akun — kirim email ke alamat di atas. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi untuk detailnya.

VOWTOYOU 계정 삭제

방법 1 — 앱에서

앱 → 마이 → 계정 설정 → 계정 삭제하기. 진행 중인 예약이나 업체 계정이 없으면 바로 삭제됩니다(아래 참고).

방법 2 — 앱 없이

1. 가입한 이메일 주소로 admin.vowtoyou@gmail.com 에 제목 “Delete my VOWTOYOU account”로 메일을 보내 주세요.
2. 계정 주인의 요청인지 확인한 뒤 7일 이내에 삭제합니다.
3. 완료되면 이메일로 알려드립니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기

삭제되는 정보

• 계정(이메일, 이름, 비밀번호, 소셜 로그인 연결)
• 커플 정보: 예식일, 도시, 하객 수, 예산, 담은 업체, 파트너 연결, 전화번호
• 올린 사진(참고 사진, 대화 사진)과 모바일 청첩장 및 하객 응답
• 기기 푸시 토큰

보관되는 정보와 기간

• 거래 기록(견적·예약): 관련 법령에 따라 최대 5년
• 분쟁 처리 기록: 분쟁 종결 후 3년
• 업체와의 대화 기록: 거래 종결 후 1년 (분쟁 중재 근거)

이 기록은 따로 보관되어 위 목적으로만 쓰이며, 기간이 끝나면 복구할 수 없게 삭제됩니다. 진행 중인 예약이나 업체 계정이 있으면 상대방이 있는 계약이라 먼저 확인한 뒤 처리하고 결과를 이메일로 알려드립니다.
